The suite has a wide range of multimedia presentation equipment, including:


board room

The Boardroom at the City Marketing Suite offers a perfect environment for client presentations or strategic internal meetings. Fully equipped with multimedia facilities, the boardroom is arranged in a fixed layout and can seat up to 18 people.

conference room

The conference room, which can hold 80 people in theatre style, 30 in boardroom style, 40 in cabaret and 25 in horseshoe, offers a unique glimpse into history. Slot windows look out onto the Guildhall Amphitheatre – to which prior access for events can be granted.

reception area

The Model Room is a unique conversation point, offering a birds' eye view on the City of today and tomorrow. It can hold up to 110 people in a standing reception style, and features a conference room, Pipers Model of the Square Mile with interactive features, and a bar area.

Catering

The City Marketing Suite can provide full catering facilities, with set menus and a selection of hot and cold food or nibbles to suit any event. Given notice, dietary requirements are also catered for. Please contact us for further details.
